A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 7-19-130 SO AS TO ADOPT "THE AGREEMENT AMONG THE STATES TO ELECT THE PRESIDENT BY NATIONAL POPULAR VOTE" AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES; AND BY REPEALING SECTIONS 7-19-70, 7-19-80, 7-19-90, 7-19-100, AND 7-19-120 ALL RELATING TO PRESIDENTIAL ELECTORS.
