A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 10-1-220 SO AS TO REQUIRE THAT ANY GREENBELT PROJECT THAT RECEIVES PUBLIC INCENTIVES TO ACQUIRE LAND MUST MAKE THE ACQUIRED LAND ACCESSIBLE TO THE PUBLIC WITHIN THREE YEARS OF ACQUISITION.
