A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 12-2-150 SO AS TO PROHIBIT STATE INCENTIVES FOR COMPANIES IF MORE THAN TWO PERCENT OF THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE H1B VISA HOLDERS.
