A BILL to amend and reenact §§ 58.1-320, 58.1-322.02, 58.1-322.03, and 58.1-339.8 of the Code of Virginia and to amend the Code of Virginia by adding in Article 3 of Chapter 3 of Title 58.1 sections numbered 58.1-339.15 and 58.1-339.16, relating to state taxation in the Commonwealth.
