Relating to the definition of "appropriate bargaining unit" for purposes of public employee collective bargaining; prescribing an effective date.

Makes changes to the definition of "appropriate bargaining unit" to clarify that athletic trainers are included in positions considered to be academically licensed. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
