: An Act amending Title 44 (Law and Justice) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for temporary operational and financial assistance; and imposing duties on the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency, the Pennsylvania State Police and the Office of State Treasurer.
