Relating to tax compliance required for public contracts; prescribing an effective date.

Requires public contractors to demonstrate and maintain tax compliance as a condition of the execution of a public contract. Applies to public contracts executed on or after the effective date of the Act. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
