: An Act amending Title 27 (Environmental Resources) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for Legionnaires' disease risk management; establishing the Legionnaires' Disease Awareness Fund; and imposing duties on the Department of Environmental Protection and the Department of Health.
