RELATING TO LAW ENFORCEMENT.

Establishes, and appropriates funds for, the Kūpaʻa Law Enforcement Retention Bonus Program within the Department of Law Enforcement to provide retention bonuses to Department law enforcement officers for three years. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
