Relating to the Oregon Hotels Against Human Trafficking Training Program; prescribing an effective date.

Creates an income tax credit for providing employees of hotels and inns human trafficking awareness training. Applies to tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2027, and before January 1, 2033. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
