Natural Disasters - As introduced, requires TEMA to make recommendations to the general assembly regarding preparedness, prevention, and mitigation measures designed to improve disaster response in addition to measures designed to eliminate emergencies or reduce their impact. - Amends TCA Title 7, Chapter 4; Title 58 and Title 67, Chapter 4.
