Relating to dental subcontractors; and prescribing an effective date.

Defines a "dental subcontractor." Directs the Oregon Health Authority to adopt requirements for a dental subcontractor that contracts with a coordinated care organization. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
