: An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for guidelines for user age verification and responsible dialogue; providing for the offense of prohibited promotion of sexually explicit conduct and for the offense of prohibited promotion of violence; and imposing penalties.
