Relating to a memorandum of understanding concerning oversight of agricultural labor housing standards; prescribing an effective date.

Directs the Department of Consumer and Business Services and the State Department of Agriculture to enter into a memorandum of understanding for the administration and enforcement of the safety and health standards for agricultural labor housing. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
