Relating to the provision of information about courses of study offered by school districts; declaring an emergency.

Directs district school boards to ensure that the curriculum of each course of study offered by a school district is made available to the public on the school district's website. Phases in the requirement for small school districts. Declares an emergency, effective July 1, 2025.
