Relating to driving while under the influence of intoxicants.

Directs the Department of Transportation to study issues related to driving while under the influence of intoxicants and to report to an appropriate committee or interim committee of the Legislative Assembly on or before September 15, 2026. Sunsets January 2, 2027.
