Relating to agreements between franchisors and franchisees; prescribing an effective date.

Prohibits agreements between franchisors and franchisees from requiring franchisees to conduct business during hours or days the franchisee deems unprofitable or unsafe or on religious holidays. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
