Relating to the Psychiatric Security Review Board.

Directs the Psychiatric Security Review Board to study progress in developing a restorative justice program, and to provide the results of the study to the appropriate interim committees of the Legislative Assembly no later than December 31, 2026. Sunsets January 2, 2027.
