Relating to restitution.

Directs the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission to study the effect that the payment of restitution has on recidivism rates, and to provide the results of the study to the appropriate interim committees of the Legislative Assembly no later than December 31, 2026. Sunsets January 2, 2027.
