AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 19 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO TRAINING AND APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMS.

This Act removes the Department of Education from the process related to funding for apprenticeships, as this is administered through the Department of Labor.
