Relating to sex offenses.

Directs the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission to study the effect of sentencing types on recidivism rates of sex offenders, and to provide the results of the study to the appropriate interim committees of the Legislative Assembly no later than December 31, 2026. Sunsets January 2, 2027.
