Gaming - As introduced, creates a five-day window after the effective date of this act for nonprofit organizations seeking to operate an annual event for the annual event period beginning on July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027, to submit its annual event application to the secretary of state. - Amends TCA Title 3, Chapter 17.
