Relating to funding for marine cleanup.

Requires the Department of State Lands to study options for funding for marine cleanup. Directs the department to submit a report of the study to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to the use of the state's public waterways no later than September 15, 2026. Sunsets January 2, 2027.
