Relating to behavioral health screening for racial trauma; prescribing an effective date.

Directs the Oregon Health Authority to adopt rules to require behavioral health providers that are certified or licensed by the authority to screen for racial trauma during an initial assessment. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
