Relating to Oregon Medical Board licensure of medical practitioners trained outside of the United States.

Requires the Oregon Medical Board to study licensing certain providers who received training outside of the United States. Directs the board to submit findings to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to health care not later than September 15, 2026. Sunsets on January 2, 2027.
