AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DELAWARE DIABETES WELLNESS PILOT PROGRAM WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES TO STUDY DIABETIC WELL CARE.
