Relating to a task force on youth apprenticeships; declaring an emergency.

Establishes the Task Force on Youth Apprenticeship. Requires the task force to submit a report to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to business and labor not later than December 1, 2026. Sunsets on January 2, 2027. Declares an emergency, effective on passage.
