Relating to airport infrastructure resilience.

Directs the Oregon Department of Aviation to study issues related to improving airport infrastructure resilience and to report to an appropriate committee or interim committee of the Legislative Assembly on or before September 15, 2026. Sunsets on January 2, 2027.
