Relating to energy facility compliance with statewide planning goals; prescribing an effective date.

Adds a criterion to the standards that the Energy Facility Siting Council must find for the council to take an exception to an applicable statewide planning goal for a proposed energy facility. Applies to exceptions taken on or after the effective date of this Act. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment…
