Relating to interpersonal boundary invasions affecting youth.

Requires the Department of Education to study the statutory requirements related to reports of abuse and sexual conduct in public schools. Directs the department to submit findings to the interim committees of the Legislative Assembly related to education not later than September 15, 2026.
