Relating to prostitution; prescribing an effective date.

Provides that a person must be 18 years of age or older in order for the person to commit the crime of prostitution. Authorizes the taking of a child into protective custody when the child has engaged in or is at risk of engaging in a commercial sex act. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
