Relating to the Sunrise Corridor; prescribing an effective date.

Directs the Oregon Department of Administrative Services to issue a grant to Clackamas County for infrastructure improvements in the Sunrise Corridor. Allocates lottery revenues to the department for the grant. Takes effect on the 91st day following adjournment sine die.
