AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES -- SPEED RESTRICTIONS

Defines slowing a vehicle for purposes of the “move over law” (§ 31-14-3) to mean twenty miles per hour (20 mph) under the posted speed limit.
