AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT -- DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES

Provides that it is the public policy of the state that DCYF be the chief agency responsible for all matters related to children's behavioral health.
