AN ACT relating to jailer service cards issued by the Secretary of State.

Create a new section of KRS Chapter 14 to provide for the issuance of jailer service cards by the Secretary of State to jailers who are currently serving or have previously served as jailers in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
