AN ACT RELATING TO TAXATION -- LEVY AND ASSESSMENT OF LOCAL TAXES

Allows city of Providence to levy a tax in fiscal year 2026, in an amount not to exceed seven percent (7%) in excess of the total amount levied and certified by that city for its previous fiscal year.
