This bill changes how the EPA can block or delay wetland and water projects. Revoking EPA's Tyrannical Ruling Over Approved Commercial Tasks Involving no Violations of Environmental Policy Act or the RETROACTIVE Policy Act This bill limits the period during which the Environmental Protection Agency may prohibit the specification, or restrict the use, of an area as a disposal site for discharges of dredged or fill materials into waters of the United States.
