SUN Act

<p><b>Solar Use Network Act or the SUN Act</b></p> <p>This bill allows states to accommodate electric vehicle charging infrastructure, renewable energy generation facilities, electrical transmission and distribution infrastructure, and broadband infrastructure and conduit within the right-of-way of highways.</p>
