<p><b>Protecting Natural Gas Consumers from Overcharges Act of 2021</b></p> <p>This bill provides authority for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to establish a refund effective date and order refunds for natural gas rates that are unjust, unreasonable, unduly discriminatory, or preferential.</p>
