# Mental Health for Latinos Act of 2025

The strategy will also emphasize how mental and physical health are connected, encouraging a more complete view of wellness rather than treating mental health as separate from overall health.

The bill requires the federal government to report back to Congress every year starting one year after the law passes, explaining whether the campaign is actually working and improving mental health outcomes for Latino communities. This accountability measure ensures the program is having a real impact rather than just existing on paper. The bill allocates one million dollars for the first year to fund this effort, which covers developing materials, coordinating with organizations, and running the outreach campaign.
