<p><strong>Employee Rights and Freedoms Act</strong></p> <p>This bill prohibits employers from requiring job applicants or employees to undergo a medical procedure, including a vaccine. An individual may bring a civil claim in an appropriate U.S. district court to enforce this restriction.</p>
