<p><strong>Fair College Admissions for Students Act</strong></p> <p>This bill prohibits an institution of higher education (IHE) that participates in federal student-aid programs from giving preferential treatment in the admissions process to applicants based on their relationships to donors or alumni of the IHE.</p>
