The American Decade of Sports Act is a plan to use major sporting events happening in the United States over the next decade to boost America's international relationships and influence around the world. The State Department also needs to create a dedicated Office of Sports Diplomacy with at least three full-time staff members to manage all of this, and they must report back to Congress every six months about how things are going through the end of 2034.
