Red Light Act

<p><b>Red Light Act</b></p> <p>This bill directs the Department of Transportation to withhold from states allocations of federal highway funds in FY2021 and thereafter if such states enact laws that provide drivers' licenses or other identification cards to aliens who are unlawfully present in the United States.</p>
