# The ASPIRE Act: Getting Students Ready for Agriculture Jobs

The ASPIRE Act creates a new federal grant program to help colleges and universities train students for careers in agriculture. The U.S. Department of Agriculture will give money to eligible schools—including traditional universities, community colleges, and career and technical schools—so they can develop training programs that connect students directly with real agriculture companies and industry professionals.
