<p><strong>Health Freedom for All Act</strong></p> <p>This bill prohibits the Department of Labor from issuing an emergency temporary occupational safety or health standard requiring employers to ensure that their employees receive a COVID-19 vaccine or undergo COVID-19 testing.</p>
