To direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to submit to Congress reports on the pilot program on acceptance by the Department of Veterans Affairs of donated facilities and related improvements.

<p>This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to report on the pilot program under which it may accept donations of real property or facilities from specified entities (e.g., a state or local authority).</p>
