<p><strong>Driftless Area Landscape Conservation Initiative Act or the DALCI Act</strong></p> <p>This bill reestablishes an initiative within the Department of Agriculture to assist farmers in fighting erosion and restoring cold water stream corridors in the Driftless Area of the Midwestern United States.</p>
