<p><strong>SNAP Second Chance Act of 2022</strong></p> <p>This bill limits the authority of the Department of Agriculture to exclude retailers from participating in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) based on an owner's past criminal conviction. </p>
