If the government agrees to do the work, it must use expedited procedures to get it done quickly rather than letting requests sit in a queue. The bill essentially creates a "silence is approval" rule for minor improvements and establishes firm deadlines for government responses, which should reduce delays that currently frustrate ranchers trying to maintain their operations on public lands.
